Journal of Modeling & Simulation in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is an international   journal (print and online) published bi-quarterly by Semnan University press which was founded in 2014. But since 2021, it is being published as a quarterly. It reports the latest and most creative research results in all the fields of electrical engineering, including power system and machinery, control system, communication system, computer,  IT, AI, robotics engineering, in the form of articles. It aims to promote the theory and practice of electrical engineering science and technology, innovation, engineering and management.

The Journal welcomes contributions which promote the exchange of ideas and rational discourse between practicing educators and electrical engineering researchers all over the world. A broad outline of the journal’s scope includes: peer reviewed original research articles, case and technical reports, reviews and analyses papers, short communications and notes to the editor, in interdisciplinary information on the practice and status of research in electrical engineering science and technology. Thus high quality research papers or reviews dealing with any aspect of electrical engineering are welcomed. Papers may be theoretical, interpretative or experimental. The journal is published in English and IEEE journals format. Accepted papers will immediately appear online followed by printed in hard copy.

Scientific credit (Rank B) was granted on the 14 January 2024 to this journal  for the approved issue from Vol. 1 No. 4 (2022) by the Scientific Journals Commission of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
